        Til brug for afgivelse af ansøgning, skal ansøger bl.a. udfylde og indsende et European Single Procurement Document (ESPD). ESPD"et er en egen-erklæring, der fungerer som foreløbigt bevis for, at tilbudsgiver opfylder kriterierne med hensyn til udelukkelse og egnethed.

        Til brug for dette har ordregiver udarbejdet en specifik ESPD-skabelon, der indgår i udbudsmaterialet. Ansøger skal udfylde del II (A — C), Del III (A — C) og del VI i ESPD"et. Såfremt ansøger baserer sig på andre enheders kapacitet eller udgør en sammenslutning af virksomheder, f.eks. konsortier, skal der afleveres flere ESPD"er. Der henvises i øvrigt generelt til konkurrencebetingelserne.

        Til brug for afgivelse af referencer ift. teknisk og faglig formåen skal ansøger udfylde Referencelisten, jf. Konkurrencebetingelsernes pkt. 3.3.3 og 3.4.

        Dette udbud gennemføres iht. Udbudslovens afsnit II — lov nr. 1564 af 15.12.2015.
