         Byggesagen omhandler ombygning og renovering af øvelseslaboratorier på Københavns Universitet. Renoveringen foregår i 2 bygninger ”Bygning 61 og 64”. Bygningerne ligger ud til Bulowsvej og de er opført, som øvelsesfløje til ”Højhuset” beliggende på Thorwaldsensvej. Bygningerne er fra 1965, de er tegnet af arkitekterne Steen Eiler Rasmussen og Mogens Koch, og fremstår generelt i gode materialer og god vedligeholdelsesstand. I bygning 61 skal der laves en gennemgribende renovering og modernisering af laboratorierne i hele bygningen. Herunder skal ventilationsanlægget udvides betragteligt. I bygning 64 er der lavet en større renovering inden for nyere tid og laboratorierne i denne bygning skal renoveres og moderniseres i begrænset omfang. I begge bygninger udskiftes varmeanlægget og indvendige bygningsdele med asbest fjernes og erstattes med nye væg- og loftsplader af gips. Bygningerne indeholder hver ca. 1 000 m2 stueetage og 1 000 m2 kælderetage, samt 350 m2 underkælder i Bygning 64.
