        Ved udviklingsopgaver menes eks. konfiguration af forretningsprocesser, udvikling af integrationer, sparring vedr. løsninger i forbindelse med udvikling af ny funktionalitet, identifikation af funktionsfejl, test og dokumentation af udviklet funktionalitet m.v., jf. bilag 2 – ydelsesbeskrivelse.

        Ved application management-opgaver menes eks. maintenance i form af opgradering, patch opgraderinger, ad hoc opgaver i forbindelse med fejlsøgning og fejlløsning, udarbejdelse af system og driftsdokumentation ved ændringer i setup eller miljøer samt vedligeholdelse af integrationer m.v., jf. bilag 2 – ydelsesbeskrivelse.

        Udbuddet gennemføres som et fælles udbud af de i 1.2 nævnte selskaber. Derudover har nye selskaber i Energinet-koncernen option på at tiltræde aftalen, jf. afsnit II.2.11.
