         Totalrådgivning ifm. ombygning af det tidligere Erhvervsarkiv i Aarhus, Vester Allé 12, 8000 Aarhus C. Bygningsstyrelsen er bygherre på projektet, mens Retten i Aarhus under Domstolsstyrelsen er lejer og bruger.

         Retten er i dag beliggende på 2 adresser bl.a. Vester Allé 10. Domstolsstyrelsen ønsker at samle rettens funktioner på Vester Allé 10 og 12.

         Erhvervsarkivet er tegnet af arkitekt Hack Kampmann og opført 1898-1902 som domicil for Statsbiblioteket. Bygningen, forareal med mure og indkørsel samt læsesalens nagelfaste inventar inkl. lysekroner er fredet.

         Ejendommen skal indeholde retssale, mødelokaler med tilhørende funktioner samt kontorer. Der skal etableres kantine og parkering i dele af de tidligere magasiner og der skal etableres en tunnel der forbinder de 2 adresser.

         Ombygningen omfatter ca. 3 600 m².

         Projektets forventede budget: 61 300 000 DKK ekskl. moms.

         Projektet forventes udbudt i hovedentreprise.

         Bygningsstyrelsen ønsker et totalrådgiverteam med både arkitektfaglige og ingeniørfaglige kompetencer til rådgivning af, samt udarbejdelse af, byggeprogram, projektforslag, myndighedsprojekt, hovedprojekt samt fagtilsyn inkl. deltagelse af 1-års eftersyn.

         Der ønskes et rådgiverteam, som foruden at kunne stille med en stærk projekteringsledelse og de almene fagdiscipliner, også kan stille med specialistkompetence indenfor ombygning af bl.a. fredede bygninger, fugtforhold i konstruktioner, akustik, dagslys og brand.
