        Københavns Kommune har etableret 3 partnerskabsaftaler med udvalgte, almene boligorganisationer om udvikling af koncepter for fremtidens almene bolig.

        Domea.dk har i foråret 2016 som det ene partnerskab udarbejdet et koncept i samarbejde med bl.a. Rambøll Arkitekter.

        Konceptet tager udgangspunkt i at bygge almene boliger med mulighed for blanding af andre ejerformer (andelsboliger, ejerboliger, private udlejningsboliger) eventuelt med en fælles drift af bygninger og fællesarealer.

        Boligerne skal udføres i totalentreprise på baggrund af et beskrivende og illustrerende byggekoncept, som det er beskrevet i den offentliggjorte konceptmappe (program og byggekoncept).

        Konceptet er ikke begrænset til Københavns Kommune. Rammeaftalen vil således være landsdækkende.

        Konceptet udbydes med mulighed for at gennemføre miniudbud i 2 varianter:

        a. Udbud inkl. tilbud af byggegrund

        b. Udbud af byggeri på bygherrens byggegrund.

        Rammeaftalen er ikke-eksklusiv.
