         Den udbudte opgave omhandler nedrivning af eksisterende bygninger på Artillerivej 126 (matr. nr. 122 Eksercerpladsen) i totalentreprise. Ejendommen udgøres af en 9 etagers bygning inkl. kælder og en 2 etagersbygning for parkering, bygningerne udgør et samlet bruttoetageareral på ca. 17 500 m².

         Grunden er kortlagt på vidensniveau 2 iht. jordforureningsloven, og der er udført miljøundersøgelser af bygninger samt geoteknisk- , hydrogeologiske- og jordmiljøundersøgelse. Opgaven omfatter projektering og myndighedsbehandling for nedrivning af ejendommen og miljøsanering samt nedrivning af bygningerne.

         Til projektet er tilknyttet bygherrerådgiver, der i samarbejde med Byggeri København varetager styring og bygherretilsyn.
