         I forbindelse med gennemgang af Københavns Ejendomme institutioner, er der fundet MgO plader bag facadebeklædningen på institutionen Burlunden. MgO plader viser tydelige tegn på »grædning«, samt opfugtning på bagvedliggende konstruktion og skal derfor udskiftes. Ved besigtigelse på ejendommen er der ikke konstateret skader på de bærende stolper i konstruktionen, men kun en delvis opfugtning af træet, der har været i kontakt med EPDM og MgO plader.

         Institutionen er opbygget som en række mindre institutioner/selvstændige enheder, som er forbundet med mellemgange.

         Arbejdet skal planlægges udført i perioden 1.9.2017-7.1.2018.

         Arbejdet skal udføres mens institutionen er i drift. Derfor skal der medregnes foranstaltninger, der sikre brugere af institutionen under hele udførelsesperioden.
