         Modernisering og renovering af laboratorier på Det Naturvidenskabelige Fakultet (NAT). Bygning 22 (V4) og bygning 37 (V5) er i en eksisterende bygningsmasse. V5 modernisering skal ske etagevis. Byggeriet er opført i 1973(V4) hhv. 2003(V5). Alle bygningsdele inkl. teknik og instal. er oprindelige med løbende vedligehold. Moderniseringen omfatter ombygning og nyindretning af forskningslaboratorier og tilhørende supportrum/birum, kontorer samt fællesarealer med fast inventar og tilhørende installationer, samt renovering af el- og ventilationsanlæg. Tagisolering, tagbeklædning og eksisterende ovenlys på bygning 22 skal udskiftes.

         Ombygningsarealet udgør:

         Etape V4: ca. 2 900 m² netto, ca. 3 500 m² brutto heraf ca. 100 m² nyt etagedæk, samt ca. 1 650 m² tagflade.

         Etape V5: ca. 700 m² netto.

         21Ø: ca 100 m² netto.
