         Tunge facader, lette facader med vinduer, altaner, dæk og let væg, vinduer, døre og partier, indvendige vægge og dæk og for elevatorer, skæringer i betonvægge og dæk, indvendige vægge og gulve i tagetager af let konstruktion, køkkener, sanering af miljøfarlige stoffer, interimslukning facader.

         — Lukningsarbejder:

         Nye facader med vinduer, hulmursisolering og nye bindere i gavle, facadebeklædninger gavle, nye indgangspartier, nye altaner, nye altangange, tagpapdækning incl. tagbrønde og inddækninger.

         Klagefrister:

         Ved et udbud med prækvalifikation efter udbudsloven, forsyningsvirksomhedsdirektivet eller tilbudsloven skal en klage over ikke at være blevet prækvalificeret indgives inden 20 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter ordregiverens afsendelse af underretning om prækvalifikation.
