Kontrakten omfatter al projektering, planlægning, myndighedsansøgninger mv. samt udførelse af bygge- og anlægsarbejder herunder nedrivning, tilbygning, ombygning, udearealer, energirenovering mv. på Gilbjergskolen, Parkvej 101 i Gilleleje.

         Gilleleje Læringsområde placeres på Gilbjergskolen, Parkvej 101, 3250 Gilleleje. Skolen er i dag en 3-sporet skole med indskoling og mellemtrin samt et integreret specialtilbud. Skolen skal udvides til et samlet læringsmiljø for 3 spor i 0.-6. klassetrin og 4 spor i 7.-9. klassetrin samt et specialtilbud for op til 30 elever og cirka 115 ansatte.

         Skolen består i dag af 5 klynger. 1 central klynge og 4 klynger placeret i hvert hjørne af den centrale klynge.

         1 af klyngerne — en bygning på 1 060 m² — skal nedrives.

         Der skal opføres en tilbygning på 1 500 m², som placeres mod Søborg Kanal.

         De fire resterende klynger skal energirenoveres og ombygges eller istandsættes.
