         Metroselskabet har siden 2010 været i gang med at anlægge den nye metrolinje Cityringen. Projektet med at anlægge Cityringen går snart ind i sin afsluttende fase, hvor metroens byggepladser igen skal omdannes til byrum. Inden Cityringens åbning i juli 2019 skal pladserne omkring stationerne og skaktene reetableres.

         Entreprisekontrakten for etablering af stationpladserne Nørrebro st. (Nø), Skjolds Plads (Skp) og Poul Henningsens Plads (Php) omfatter belægningsarbejder, jordarbejder, rydningsarbejder, vejarbejder og beplantningsarbejder samt montering af byinventar og ledningsarbejder herunder afvanding.

         I henhold til lov nr. 593 af 02.06.2016 om Klagenævn for Udbud gælder følgende klagefrister:

         Klage over ikke at være prækvalificeret ved udbud efter udbudsproceduren udbud med forhandling skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 20 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiveren har afsendt en underretning til de berørte ansøgere om, hvem der er blevet prækvalificeret, hvis underretningen har angivet en kort redegørelse for de relevante grunde for beslutningen jf. lovens § 7 stk. 1.

         I andre tilfælde skal klager være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 45 kalenderdage efter, at ordregiveren har offentliggjort en bekendtgørelse i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren har indgået kontrakten. Fristen regnes fra dagen efter den dag, hvor bekendtgørelsen er blevet offentliggjort, jf. lovens § 7, stk. 2.
