        1) For Aarhus Vand, Syddjurs Spildevand og Favrskov Forsyning skal Bygherre og byggeriets entreprenører og underentreprenører skal være medforsikret.

        2) For Aarhus Vand, Syddjurs Spildevand og Favrskov Forsyning skal skadebehandling under selvrisikoen er et stort ønske for Ordregiver ift. ansvarsdelen. I tilfælde af ansvarskrav, fx fra ejere af omkringliggende bygninger i forbindelse med anlægsarbejder, ønsker forsyningen ikke at være vurderingsmand overfor den enkelte borger. Det skønnes, at der maksimalt kommer 5-15 krav pr. år af denne type i alt, samt at disse kun yderst sjældent medfører skadeudbetaling. Der henvises i øvrigt til skadelisten.

        3) For Syddjurs Spildevand skal anlægsarbejder hvori grundvandssænkning og spunsning indgår, skal være medforsikret uden forudgående anmeldelse til forsikringsselskabet. Der reguleres ved forsikringsårets afslutning for arbejder, hvor grundvandssænkning og spunsning har fundet sted.

                    Præcise oplysninger om klagefrist(er):

                    I henhold til lbk nr. 593 af 2.6.2016 om håndhævelse af udbudsreglerne m.v. gælder følgende klagefrister irelation til gennemførelse af udbud:

                    Klage over ikke at være prækvalificeret skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 20 kalenderdageregnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiveren har afsendt en underretning til de berørte ansøgere om, hvemder er blevet prækvalificeret, hvis underretningen har angivet en kort redegørelse for de relevante grunde forbeslutningen, jf. lovens § 7, stk. 1.

                    Klage over tildeling af kontrakten skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 45 dage efter, atordregiveren har offentliggjort en bekendtgørelse i Den Europæiske Unions Tidende om, at ordregiveren harindgået en kontrakt.

                    Klage i forbindelse med indgåelse af en rammeaftale skal indgives inden 6 måneder regnet fra dagen efter dendag, hvor ordregiver har underrettet de berørte ansøgere og tilbudsgivere.

                    Senest samtidig med at en klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, skal klageren skriftligt underretteordregiveren om, at klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, og om, hvorvidt klagen er indgivet i standstill-perioden, jf. lovens § 6, stk. 4. I tilfælde, hvor klagen ikke er indgivet i standstill-perioden, skal klageren tilligeangive, hvorvidt der begæres opsættende virkning af klagen, jf. lovens § 12, stk. 1.
