         Samlet 232 stk. boligenheder fordelt på hhv.: 214 lejligheder og 18 kollegieboliger.

         Matriklerne er omfattet af lokalplan 331, Område for etageboligbebyggelse i 2 etager ved Strandhavevej samt kategoriseret som bevaringsværdig bebyggelse i kategori SAVE 3.

         Entreprisen omfatter en generel tagudskiftning samt etablering af mekanisk ventilation i boligerne inkl. følgearbejder.

         Renoveringsprojektet omhandler i hovedtræk følgende:

         - Udskiftning af tagbeklædning inkl. etablering af nyt fast bræddeundertag,

         - Udskiftning af tagrender og nedløbsrør,

         - Forstærkning af spær, udskiftning af isolering i tagrum, samt etablering af nye gangbroer,

         - Etablering af decentrale mekaniske balancerede ventilationsanlæg med varmegenvinding i lejligheder i 20 boligblokke (der er udført et pilotprojekt hvor løsningsmodel er afprøvet),

         - Etablering af decentral udsugning i kollegieboliger (18 boliger) i bad samt komfortventilation med varmegenvinding i værelser,

         - Ombygning af EL-installationer i samtlige boliger, inkl. etablering af røgalarmer tilsluttet el-tavlerne.

         Projektet skal udføres imens boligerne er beboet (beboere bliver ikke genhuset).

         Arbejderne udføres i løbende etaper.

         Der er udført et pilotprojekt i 2017, som har dannet grundlag for udbuddet. Forventet byggestart på den første.

         Etape er december 2017 men afhænger af godkendelse af Skema B hos Landsbyggefonden.
