                    I forbindelse med ordregivers tilbudsevaluering, skal det bekræftes, om tilbudsgiver er omfattet af de frivillige udelukkelsesgrunde, jf. udbudslovens § 137, nr. 1-6.

                    Inden tilbudsgiverne orienteres om den endelige tildelingsbeslutning, skal den tilbudsgiver, som ifølge ordregiver har afgivet det økonomisk fordelagtige tilbud, dokumentere oplysningerne afgivet i ESPD, jf. udbudslovens § 159, stk. 2. Ordregiver vil kræve følgende dokumentation:

                    Vedr. udelukkelsesgrunde:

                    — fremlæggelse af gyldig serviceattest, jf. udbudslovens § 153. Serviceattesten må maksimalt være 6 måneder gammel regnet fra tilbudsfristen.

                    Vedr. økonomisk og finansiel formåen:

                    — fremlæggelse af årsregnskaber eller uddrag heraf, jf. udbudslovens § 154.

                    Vedr. teknisk og faglig formåen:

                    — fremlæggelse af en liste over de referencer, der er angivet i ESPD.

                    Ordregiver fastsætter rimelig frist for tilbudsgiveren at fremsende dokumentationen til ordregiver. Der gøres opmærksom på, at tilbudsgiver må påregne ekspeditionstid hos Erhvervsstyrelsen.

                      Klage over udbud skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 6 måneder efter at ordregiveren har indgået en rammeaftale regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor ordregiveren har underrettet de berørte ansøgere og tilbudsgivere, jf. Lov om Klagenævnet for udbud § 7, stk. 2, nr.3.

                      Senest samtidig med at en klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, skal klageren skriftligt underrette ordregiveren om, at klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, og om, hvorvidt klagen er indgivet i standstill perioden, jf, lovens § 3, stk. 1 eller 2. I tilfælde, hvor klagen ikke er indgivet i standstill perioden, skal klageren tillige angive, hvorvidt der begæres opsættende virkning af klagen, jf. lovens § 12, stk.1.
