            1. Additional information

              Inden orientering om endelig prækvalifikation vil ordregiver indhente dokumentation, i henhold til udbudslovens § 151, stk. 2, fra de ansøgere som ordregiver har til hensigt at prækvalificere.

              Ansøger skal bekræfte, at ansøger ikke er omfattet af de obligatoriske udelukkelsesgrunde i udbudslovens § 135, stk. 1 til 3 og § 136.

              Derudover skal ansøger bekræfte, at ansøger ikke er omfattet af frivillige udelukkelsesgrunde, jf. udbudslovens § 137, stk. 1 nr. 1-6.

              Ordregiver vil kræve følgende dokumentation:

              Vedr. udelukkelsesgrunde:

              - Gyldig Serviceattest, jf. udbudslovens § 153. Serviceattesten må maksimalt være 6 måneder gammel regnet fra tilbudsfristen.

              Vedr.: økonomisk og finansiel formåen:

              - Årsregnskaber eller uddrag heraf for de 2 regnskabsår, som tilbudsgiver har nævnt i ESPD, jf. udbudslovens § 154, stk. 1, nr. 2.

              Eller erklæring om tilbudsgivers egenkapital og omsætning, jf. udbudslovens § 154, stk. 2.

              Ordregiver fastsætter en rimelig frist for tilbudsgiverne til at fremsende dokumentation til ordregiver. Tilbudsgiver må dog påregne ekspeditionstid hos Erhvervsstyrelsen, hvorfor ordregiver opfordrer tilbudsgiverne til at indhente serviceattesten forud for afgivelse af ansøgning om prækvalifikation.

              Det kan oplyses,

              — at besigtigelse af enhederne forventes at foregå i ugerne 9 og 10. Det er obligatorisk at deltage i informationsmødet samt besigtigelse for de delaftaler der bydes på,

              — at tilbudsfrisen forventes at være 23.3.2018,

              — at kontraktstart forventes at være 1.8.2018 for delaftale 1 - 4 og 1.3.2019 for delaftale 5.

                Klage over ikke at være prækvalificeret skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 20 kalenderdage regnet fra den dag ordregiver har afsendt en underretning til de berørte ansøgere om hvem der er blevet prækvalificeret jf. Lov om Klagenævnet for udbud § 7 stk.1.

                Klage over udbud skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet inden 45 kalenderdage regnet fra dagen efter ordregiverens offentliggørelse af en bekendtgørelse i EU-Tidende om indgåelse af kontrakt. Fristen regnes fra dagen efter den dag, hvor bekendtgørelsen er blevet offentliggjort, jf. Lov om Klagenævnet for udbud § 7, stk. 2, nr. 1.

                Senest samtidig med at en klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, skal klageren skriftligt underrette ordregiveren om, at klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, og om, hvorvidt klagen er indgivet i standstill perioden, jf. lovens § 3, stk. 1 eller 2. I tilfælde, hvor klagen ikke er indgivet i standstill perioden, skal klageren tillige angive, hvorvidt der begæres opsættende virkning af klagen, jf. lovens § 12, stk.1.
