        Udbudsformen er begrænset udbud efter Udbudslovens § § 58-60.

        Udbudsbetingelserne indeholder de formelle betingelser for gennemførelse af udbudsprocessen. Det er derfor vigtigt, at ansøgere om prækvalifikation og senere de udvalgte tilbudsgivere sætter sig grundigt ind i dokumenterne.

        For at opnå en hensigtsmæssig konkurrence vil Tårnbyhuse prækvalificere op til 7 ansøgere til at give tilbud på hver rammeaftale.

        På baggrund af de modtagne tilbud tildeler Tårnbyhuse rammeaftaler til de tilbud, der har det bedste forhold mellem pris og kvalitet.

        Der vil blive tilknyttet 3 tekniske rådgivere på hver af de 3 rammeaftaler.

        For at sikre en optimal håndtering og projektering af en række kommende ny- og ombygninger af eksisterende boliger og faciliteter, vil Boligorganisationen Tårnbyhuse indgå 3 rammeaftaler:

        - én rammeaftale for totalrådgivning,

        - én rammeaftale for arkitektydelser og

        - én rammeaftale for ingeniørydelser.

        Rammeaftalerne omfatter rådgiverydelser i forbindelse med bygge- og anlægsarbejder med variation i projekter og byggemetode, afhængig af det konkrete projekt.

        Rammeaftalerne vedrører følgende tre arbejdsområder:

        (a) Totalrådgivning,

        (b) Ingeniørydelser,

        (c) Arkitektydelser.

        Tårnbyhuse forventer at tildele til 3 rådgivere på hver rammeaftale. Det er muligt for samme firma at ansøge om prækvalifikation på og blive tildelt mere end én af de udbudte rammeaftaler.
