        SKI udbyder rammeaftale 17.01 vedrørende revisionsydelser rettet mod offentlige myndigheder, herunder især kommuner.

        Revision af den offentlige sektor skal udføres i overensstemmelse med god offentlig revisionsskik i modsætning til god revisionsskik, der gælder ved revision af den private sektor. God offentlig revisionsskik indebærer krav, som er mere vidtgående, end hvad der almindeligvis følger af god revisionsskik.

        Der er tale om en frivillig rammeaftale, hvilket betyder, at det er frivilligt for SKI"s kunder, om de vil anvende rammeaftalen. Rammeaftalen etablerer således ikke noget eksklusivt forhold mellem de leverandører, der tildeles en plads på rammeaftalen og SKI"s kunder. Kunder kan have interne instrukser, som foreskriver, at deres disponenter skal anvende rammeaftalen. Dette er dog et internt anliggende hos kunden. Af SKI"s kundeliste (bilag A) fremgår, hvem der kan anvende rammeaftalen.

                Klage over ikke at være tildelt skal være indgivet til Klagenævnet for Udbud inden 6 måneder efter SKI har indgået en rammeaftale regnet fra dagen efter den dag, hvor SKI har underrettet de berørte tilbudsgivere, jf. § 7, stk. 2, nr. 3 i Lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud (lov nr. 492 af 12.5.2010 med senere ændringer).

                Senest samtidig med at en klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud, skal klageren skriftligt underrette SKI om, at klage indgives til Klagenævnet for Udbud og om hvorvidt klagen er indgivet i standstill perioden, jf. Lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud § 6, stk. 4. I tilfælde hvor klagen ikke er indgivet i standstill perioden skal klageren tillige angive, hvorvidt der begæres opsættende virkning af klagen, jf. Lov om Klagenævnet for Udbud § 12, stk. 1, jf. § 6, stk. 4.
