         Udbuddet vedrører en Rammeaftale om trafiksignaler og ITS-udstyr.

         Teknik- og Miljøforvaltningen planlægger at benytte Rammeaftalen til løbende bestilling af opgaver i aftalens løbetid. Rammeaftalen påtænkes indgået med 3 Leverandører, og bestilling sker ved direkte tildeling.

         Arbejdet omfatter navnlig:

         — Udskiftning af eksisterende trafiksignaludstyr samt etablering af nyt,

         — Øvrige anlægsarbejder, der udføres i sammenhæng med trafiksignalarbejdet, og hvor signalarbejdet udgør hovedformålet.

         Den enkelte bestilling vil typisk foregå som fagentreprise for Trafiksignaler eller i hovedentreprise som et samlet anlægsprojekt, hvor signalarbejdet udgør hovedformålet.

         Årlig omsætning på Rammeaftalen skønnes til mellem 20 og 50 000 000 DKK.

         Til brug for afgivelse af tilbud, skal tilbudsgiver bl.a. udfylde og indsende et European Single Procurement Document (ESPD). ESPD"et er en egen-erklæring, der fungerer som foreløbigt bevis for, at tilbudsgiver opfylder kriterierne med hensyn til udelukkelse og egnethed.

         Til brug for dette har ordregiver udarbejdet en specifik ESPD-skabelon, der indgår i udbudsmaterialet. Tilbudsgiveren skal udfylde del II (A — C), Del III (A — C), relevante afsnit i del IV (A-C) og Del VI i ESPD"et. Såfremt Tilbudsgiver baserer sig på andre enheders kapacitet (f.eks. underentreprenører) eller udgør en sammenslutning af virksomheder (f.eks. konsortier), skal der afleveres flere ESPD"er. Der henvises i øvrigt generelt til konkurrencebetingelserne.
