The procurement procedure concerns the procurement of Relocation Management by Central Denmark Region for the Relocation Project RH Godstrup. Regional Hospital Godstrup (“RH Godstrup”) is the new hospital in the western part of Jutland, Denmark. The new facility will be ready for operation in 2020. The current activities at the Regional Hospital Holstebro (“RH Holstebro”) and Regional Hospital Herning (“RH Herning”) will be merged into the new RH Godstrup. The relocation will take place in 2020. RH Holstebro and RH Herning are currently part of the Regional Hospital West Jutland (“Hospital West Jutland”). Appendix 2 of the Contract (specifications) contains a detailed description of the services covered by the contract.

Additional information:
All correspondence between the Contracting Authority and the tenderers must take place through CTM (EU-Supply). Questions are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority through “Tenderer"s questions and answers” in CTM. All questions and answers will be published in anonymised form via CTM and are accessible to everyone.

Besides the mandatory reason for exclusions stated in “Udbudsloven” following reasons for exclusion apply:
— breaching of obligations in the field of environmental law, social law and labour law stated in Udbudslovens § 137, stk. 1, No. 1,
— bankruptcy, Insolvency, arrangement with creditors, analogous situation like bankruptcy under national law, assets being administered by liquidator, business activities are suspended as stated in Udbudslovens § 137, stk. 1, No. 2,
— agreements with other economic operators aimed at distorting competition as stated in jf. Udbudslovens § 137, stk. 1, No. 4,
— it has undertaken to unduly influence the decision making process of the Contracting Authority or Contracting Entity, to obtain confidential information that may confer upon it undue advantages in the procurement procedure or to negligently provide misleading information that may have a material influence on decisions concerning exclusion, selection or award as stated in Udbudslovens § 137, stk. 1, No. 6.
